During her short life Princess Diana was many things - a mother, wife, member of the Royal family, charity pioneer, celebrity, fashion icon. Now you can go see some of the magnificent gowns once worn by the late Diana in Bath.

'The Diana Dresses' is a new exhibition at Bath's Fashion Museum, and it displays up to ten of her most memorable gowns. Some of the pieces you can see include designs by Catherine Walker and David Campbell, as well as dresses worn during her Royal tours of Canada and New Zealand in the 1980s. There is even the little black cocktail dress created for her by Gianni Versace, which she once wore to the Apollo 13 premiere.

The exhibition opens at the Fashion Museum on Saturday 17 July 2010 and continues until 9 January 2011. For more information visit the website http://www.fashionmsueum.co.uk
